Next Path is a career and workforce development company based in San Diego, California. We are an accomplished group of management and human resources consultants, selected and managed by Debra Horen, Next Path Principal and Founder. Career Services: Debra is a Certified Associate of Lee Hecht Harrison, a global talent solutions company focused on delivering Career Transition, Leadership Consulting, and Workforce Solutions. She has been a key leader in growing San Diego's Green Workforce.
Government Services: During her 16 years of stewardship at the Public Utilities Commission and the Department of Transportation, Debra distinguished herself by advancing innovation in national transit training practices through the Federal Transit IDEA Grant Program. She worked on several community/government initiatives in the Bay Area to advance work and business opportunities, including the ground breaking Women in the Trades Program, and the Multimedia Gulch Consortium. Debra helps companies negotiate the government certification and registration processes to enable them to bid on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) funded by The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Next Path supports Stimulus funded job creation projects with the whole spectrum of human resource services.
